A woman was found dead under mysterious condition inside a room of GBP
hospital in Tripura yesterday evening. The body was found hanging from a
ceiling fan inside the pump operation room at about 6.45 pm at Kirit
Bikram ward (Old Medicine building), police informed.Sources also
informed that the body of the woman is yet to be identified. Police
sources said that the private security guards and the pump operator had
no knowledge as to how the unidentified woman entered the pump operation
room.
An officer from GB Outpost informed that when they reached the
hospital about at around 7 pm, they found the room near the entry point
on the third floor was unlocked.
The matter is under police
investigation and they have assured that immediate action will be taken
if anything suspicious is found in the case.
