In a gruesome incident, three
bike-borne miscreants took away Rs. 2.50 lakh from a petrol pump at gun point
at Maharani in Udaipur subdivision last evening.
Although CCTV footage has given a vital clue to nab
the miscreants but their identity is yet to be ascertained, according to
police.
The incident took place around 4.30 pm. Three
miscreants in a bike landed at petrol pump and took the entire money kept by
the manager at gun point.
Within a moment, the trio left the petrol pump.
After receiving the incident, a police team of Maharani Outpost visited the
petrol pump and watched the CCTV footage.
It was sure three miscreants
committed the crime but their identity could not be ascertained by seeing the
footage.
Police have collected CCTV footage
and started investigation into the robbery case but there was no arrest yet.
