
UNI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is
scheduled to arrive in Tripura on February 9 for a daylong visit to
dedicate a few development projects including new teaching block of
Tripura Institute of Technology (TIT) to the people of the state.
According
to report, Modi is scheduled to hold separate interaction with the
cabinet members including Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb and top party
leaders of Tripura on some crucial political issues ahead of general
election.
The Chief Minister held high level meeting with the officials today followed by discussion with the party leaders as president of BJP state unit about the preparations on the Prime Minister’s visit after receiving green signal from PMO and directed all concerns to undertake efforts to make the visit successful.
